Diving right back in
August 29, 2008 10:51 am Daily life, fish
I already miss having a fish and am thinking about another. He will be a home fish, not an office fish to avoid friendly over feedings. I am also thinking I will go back to goldfish. Slap (see picture) was wonderful and had as much personality as Einstein. I’m a little gun-shy about the fragile beta, and don’t want to have a heater in the tank. Also, I would like to keep him a long time if possible, and goldfish can sometimes live to be 20 years old.
This will be at least 3 weeks out, I need some time to disinfect and rebuild my setup. But I’m already getting excited.

Brandy,

Sorry, Mark- common goldfish get waay too big for my ability to care for them. They need a minimum 10 gallon tank each and I only have a small tank right now, with plans for a larger tank later. Try my parents- they have a 75 gallon tank.
