Went to the Zoo yesterday

I had an even better time in the Family Farm. The goat petting area was just a riot. While 2 goats looking to be fed or pet, one was trying to eat my camera, and another chewing on my shorts. I called Paul laughing, (I usually go alone on a Monday) and counted 17 baby goats for him. I can’t wait to bring him, although we’ll have to go on a weekend and it will be way busier. It was wonderful!

How ironic to read this today. I heard on the radio about the butterfly exhibit at the zoo and thought to myself it would be fun to go to the zoo. I don’t think I have been there since high school. The pictures are beautiful. Now I just have to get up enough courage to venture there alone.

Those pics are fabulous! We took some yesterday of Shannon’s “baby”. It’d hatched overnight and was all dry, just hanging in the jar. We took him outside and set him on the flowers in the flower garden.
I love the goats! They’s chewin’ on ya cuz you’se so sweet!

Oh, Lisa, I am so sorry for your loneliness. Gerrell is missed by many.
The butterfly gardens really are wonderful. Might be a nice pick me up for you. And there are nice little benches where you can just watch and think.
